Program Adjustments & Site Changes
Gospel Travels , along with its partners and representatives, reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, including modifications to accommodations, site visits, scheduling, and leadership if such changes are deemed necessary for the safety, comfort, or overall experience of the group. These decisions are made at the sole discretion of the tour leader.
Note: Gospel Travels does not book or manage individual flight reservations. We are not responsible for airline-related changes or fees incurred by participants as a result of tour changes or cancellations.
Political or Security Considerations
Participants acknowledge that there may be political or social unrest in certain areas included in the itinerary. Gospel Travels reserves the right to adjust or omit any site if it is determined that doing so is in the best interest of group safety.
Cancellations, Refunds & Early Departures
- A minimum $200 administrative fee applies to all cancellations made after the initial deposit.
- If the tour is cancelled by Gospel Travels due to social unrest, an act of God, or other circumstances beyond our control, participants will receive a full refund minus the $200 administrative fee.
- Additional cancellation fees may apply based on non-refundable contractual deposits paid to suppliers.
- Gospel Travels is not responsible for any participant expenses incurred due to early return or missed tour portions, including hotel nights, meals, or optional excursions.
Physical & Medical Readiness
Participants confirm that they are physically and medically fit to take part in the tour. Study tours may involve extended walking, hiking over rough terrain, and long days with emotionally and physically demanding activities. If you are unsure about your ability to participate, please consult with us in advance. Less physically demanding tours may be available upon request.
